Data Deletion Status

When you remove Pressroom from your Instagram or Facebook account, or submit a data deletion request through Instagram or Facebook, we immediately disconnect that account from Pressroom and delete the access credentials we hold for it. No further posts can be published on your behalf.
What we delete
- The access token and any refresh token we stored for your account.
- Your connection, which is deactivated so it can no longer be used.
What we retain
Records of posts already published to your account may be retained for reporting and audit purposes. These contain no Instagram access credentials. To request erasure of this remaining data, contact us at privacy@pressroomapp.com quoting your confirmation code.
